Water Extraction
Water extraction is crucial to remove all water that is sitting below, within and above the carpet. Our technicians will use an industrial carpet extraction tool to remove the water in order to reduce the risk of mould growth and fasten drying times. Most cases we extract anywhere from 50-200L of water. This step of the process is vital.

Industrial Drying
Flooding creates an environment that is wet and difficult to combat. Once our technicians have extracted the water we leave industrial drying blowers for up to 72 hours to ensure the carpets are dry and ready for a deep steam clean. The drying process obstructs any mould growth and helps prevent carpet damage.

Deep Steam Clean
Our technicians comes back to the flooded site once the carpet is dried to undergo a deep steam clean. This final clean flushes out all left over water, bacteria and dirt that was caused by the flood. The deep steam clean includes a stain removal treatment, odour removal treatment, sanitiser and deodoriser.
